Pureme(Fiwire Systems) SHIPPING POLICY

We ship the products to almost all the countries. Orders placed will be shipped within 48 hrs. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

In case the destination is not serviceable by the courier and we are unable to ship, we will refund the entire amount. 

Shipping Charges: We cover the forward shipping charges i.e. shipping charges from our warehouse to destination.

 All orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in India to your provided shipping address via reputed courier like DHL or Aramex. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.  However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees.

The shipping charges can be modified by Pureme(Fiwire Systems) at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.

Every once in a while, Pureme(Fiwire Systems) brings out various offers in an attempt to satisfy customers. Various offers could be introduced for a limited span of time that enable free shipping of goods, subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions attached to the offer.

Estimated Delivery Time: We use reputed couriers like DHL or Aramex. Considering the current COVID 19 situation and less number of operational flights, the delivery time is usually higher than normal. Please expect atleast 10 days for delivery.

Tracking Packages: We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24 hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.

Non-availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
